  • Information Gathering & Confidentiality:

    Complete our short enquiry form so we have an understanding of your requirements for the next step in our process. All operational information shared with Davis Defence is treated as strictly confidential. Your information will never be disclosed to any third party, regardless of whether the operation proceeds.

  • Consultation and Quotation:

    The next step is a complimentary 30-minute virtual consultation with our Head of Operations, during which we will conduct a risk assessment to assess your exact needs.

    Following this consultation, we will prepare and send you a tailored quotation based on your specific needs and the level of protection required.

  • Confirmation, Payment & Planning:

    Once the quotation has been accepted, payment is required to confirm the booking.

    Following confirmation, our operations team will begin detailed planning and coordination to ensure every aspect of your protection requirement is prepared in advance.

    We accept payments in ZAR, USD, EUR and GBP.

  • Final Briefing & deployment:

    Prior to deployment, you will receive a final operational briefing confirming all logistics, timings and key points of contact.

    Our team will then commence the operation, delivering discreet, professional, end-to-end executive protection with the highest levels of operational excellence.
